Refund Policy
Thirty days. Keep the bottle.
If G8WEI {GATEWAY} is not right for you, email enter@g8wei.com within thirty days of delivery and we will refund you in full.
You do not need to return the bottle. There is no form, no return shipping label, no restocking fee and no technicality. Keep whatever is left.
How to claim
Email enter@g8wei.com from the address you ordered with, or quote your order number. That is the entire process. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
What is covered
- Orders placed at g8wei.com.
- Claims made within thirty days of the delivery date.
Damaged, missing or incorrect orders
Email enter@g8wei.com with your order number and a photograph. We will replace or refund it. You will not be asked to return anything.
Subscriptions
A subscription can be paused or cancelled at any time from your account, or by emailing enter@g8wei.com. Cancelling before a renewal date prevents that renewal from being charged. The thirty-day guarantee applies to your first bottle.
