The 30-Day Optimization Guarantee

The work is a practice, and a practice takes time. If your G8WEI order is not right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to make it right with us.

Physical products (the supplement and the print journal)

Within 30 days of delivery, email enter@g8wei.com for a full refund. Keep the bottle — there is nothing to return, no form to fill in, and no return shipping to pay. Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Digital products (the digital journal)

Because the digital journal is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, it is non-refundable once the download has been accessed. If you have a delivery or file problem, contact us and we will resolve it — that promise stands without a time limit.

Damaged or defective on arrival

Contact us within 7 days at enter@g8wei.com with your order number and photos, and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
